GTA Online has you covered, as you can create a female character on there. By the looks of things, it seems the online portion will also have its own "story missions" as well.

Jesus... I remember being just 12 when I first played GTA III with my sister. (The game belonged to her, as she was 18 at the time. Best sister ever.)

It's actually more reliable to simply skip the ladder and run through the water past the raft, jump across the leafy ledges and tag the star, then hop across the treetops and jump across the wooden structures back to the start.

I feel your pain. Whenever I do a ME3 run now, I just let the Citadel DLC be my ending and pretend the final mission just never happened.
