This might be a little too obscure though...

I guess Tales of Symphonia is pretty popular over there.

@Leyviur: Actually, Tales of Symphonia did pretty good over here. Then again, it was on an RPG starved system and whoever was releasing it in the US actually put out some advertising for it.

@Goldwings: It's hard for us to buy Tales of games when we only get about 2 per decade.

I'd really love to not have to use a mousepad, but that's the downside to using a glass desk.

@John of Fire: That's pretty much correct I'd say. I tend to lose interest right away with any game I pirate because it feels like a hollow victory.

Namco: Maker of games

"Games nowadays are focusing way too much on photorealism."

Some one started up a petition on the Playstation Blog about Namco releasing PS3 Tales of games in the US through Sony.

@Paacman: It's basically used to indicated that a misspelling or spot of bad grammar is because that's what the person said, not the editor being retarted.

I'm envious of people who have summers off; my college runs year-round ;_;

How much will it cost for me to be able to sit down while playing a Kinect game, Microsoft?

@LCampoy8: So this is this World Cup's "Guy getting headbutted in the stomach"?

@Cooking Utensil: I don't think Canada has qualified for the World Cup in quite a while.

On the topic of games to look at, if you're a fan of more actiony-RPGs (or the Tales series), Absolute Zero just finished making an English patch of Tales of Innocence.

@Spritz: I second the Ouendan recommendation. I imported 1 and 2 and they're very fun to play and easy to understand without any knowledge of Japanese.

@N-Robes: I checked out some sites online and most of the games you mentioned are very cheap used (Meteos being around $5 for example).
