You’re right, he broke a rule that is clearly defined. Blizzard can say ‘’Begone’’ if they don’t like you. That’s a great rule :).

The ONLY thing devs owe their backers is what they promised them. If they promis a free copy of the game then when the project finishes, backers must receive a copy but if the devs dont promise anything, they owe backers nothing.
