You're right. Having to pay something you don't need is insane. Then again, thinking that you "have to" pay for them can also be considered insane.

But take into account what merchandise is being offered. Who would buy a keyboard or mouse to merely throw it away after retrieving the DLC code? The price for each item may be high but not unreasonable for game related items. Depending on the quality of the messenger bag I, myself, might purchase it.

You may rest your case, counselor, but you're missing the fact that much of the DLC shown here are bundled with real merchandise that people might buy on its own. The DLC provided with each purchase is merely a bonus.

Technically, you don't need any unless you'd like to buy one of these items.

ME2 is a nice game. It has spaceships and aliens and fish.

But wouldn't that DLC just account for $10 out of the outlandish $870 tag listen on the article which, I might add, only takes into account the ME3 DLC.

If they had Krogans I'd be fighting the urge to "Korgan charge" the figure at my friends' faces.

I'm sorry but I don't see how a business making business decisions by bundling extra DLC content with physical products is considered "a stab to the balls of wisdom."

It looks to me like much of the DLC offered are extras attached to purchasing physical objects. Toys, bags, keyboards, etc. They're something fans would buy as a collector, not as some necessity for enjoying the game. As it is, most of the DLC listed seems to not be pivotal to the game's story. It's just an extra gun,

There's got to be something said for the fact that they were able to acquire at least a handful of phone numbers. Some of these lines had to have worked! That...or those numbers only had 6 digits.

I wasn't expecting him to complete the word. I lost it when he did. The camera stare was the icing on the cake.

Am I one of the few who don't understand the utter hate for company decisions like this? Personally, I see DLC as content to enhance or extend the gaming experience. Yes, some DLC are meant to add on to the story and bear weight to the original content (i.e. Alan Wake), but for the most part I find it all to be extra
