All I can see are technical snafus. My Mazda has traffic sign recognition. It works maybe 70% of the time. That is a relatively easy tech to program against something that literally has a manual describing exactly how it should look, what fonts are to be used, and how big the text needs to be. Now you need something

So when are we going to have the same for hands-free no-phone technology?  Because every moron I see is still driving and trying to talk/text with their phone to this day.   Even though it’s against the law in my state.   And not a thing is done.

According to Automotive News, the rule was hidden in the depths of President Biden’s $1 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act from late 2021, but by next year a final rule must be issued on the new regulation.

I get the reasoning for having something like this. Absolutely 100% get it.

It's offal.

I Relish the justice when they catch the guy.

I relish the thought of that thief getting grilled by the cops.

The police mustard a squad to give chase, but they weren’t able to ketchup.

All of our currently operating fighter aircraft have guns

There was a similar vehicle promoting saucers of milk. Thieves ended up stealing its cat’ll-lick-it converter.

Oh no! The Wienermobile has even more harmful nitrogen compounds than usual, because of the hot dog!

On these vehicles, it’s actually called a catalytic frankfurter. And yes, it’s filled with cheese.

Not true at all, all US fighter aircraft are equipped with a gun. Using a gun on an object at high altitude that isn’t moving requires almost hitting it, and the bullets keep going for miles. So a missile that guides itself and self destructs is the best option.

I never sausage an unspeakable crime.

Wars have started over less.

F-22 has a 20mm M61A2 Vulcan cannon. This one was reportedly shot down by an F-16, which also has a 20mm Vulcan. Only fighters in the inventory without a gun are the F-35B and -C - the F-35A has an internal 25mm.

Huh?  Both the F16 and F22 have a 20mm M61 gun system.

The F-22, which was used to shoot down the Chinese balloon, and the F35, both have cannons. This is in part due to the Air Force’s deeply outdated views on dogfighting, but also as a warning tool to strafe at ground structures and theoretically for shooting down slow targets of opportunity like drones. I’m not sure

Uh, no. The fighters currently in the US inventory- F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35 all have guns. It’s actually quite difficult to put a bullet in an airborne target that isn’t moving, and they’re not likely to use bullets because, well, at those altitudes they’ll travel quite far when they miss, and come down to the

Seriously. The problems they’re having are the interceptors can’t go SLOW enough to get a good gander before blasting them.
