"Hero" models (or props in general) are those that are the largest, and/or have the greatest detail and are used for close-ups, etc. For example, they may use several different sizes (scales) of a particular ship model. The movie-makers use larger and detailed for the closeups and then smaller and less detailed for

Shark mouth!

If Nintendo makes good games for iOS, Android or other platforms, I'll start buying their games again. The last console system I bought was Super Nintendo. Guess how long ago that was. I will never buy a stand-alone console of any kind, ever again.

"Design-wise, it's making me appreciate the look of the old Apple and Macintosh... they're the only ones you can identify by sight. The IBMs and Compaqs look like all the other units, and arguably you could do more with them (more ports, swap out pieces). You could even build PCs back in the day and they'd look like

I'd be embarrassed to be seen riding around in garbage like this and the other stuff that's been posted here. Then again I have some semblance of taste.

B-26 Maurader:

I would submit Thief and particularly Thief 2, as well.

You have excellent taste!

Who cares as long as they excise that horrendous singing-as-a-the-ultimate-psychological-weapon nonsense from the story.

Or you can do what they do in Philadelphia with its Mural Arts Program and give people a creative outlet while discouraging graffiti: www.muralarts.org

Replacing one eyesore with another?

I've never understood how oddly-drawn, freakish-looking characters have the tiniest bit of sexual appeal to anyone, ever. But then again people are weird.

Great stuff! Just a week ago I had 2 different people come up to me in the space of five minutes in front of the local supermarket wanting to talk about the car!

You really think this looks good? At best this is a compromise featuring none of the benefits of a dedicated automobile or a dedicated aircraft. As a engineering experiment, maybe there is some appeal, but beyond that it seems laughable.

Why? For the sheer novelty? Because otherwise you have an inferior automobile and an inferior aircraft in the same package. There is nothing remotely appealing about that. You have to drive to a field to take off, so why not just drive there in your safer, faster, better in every way car and once you arrive use

Hah!
