So, Kanye, do you like fish sticks?

Good point made, but you can't generalize a whole population as lacking morality. But, you make a good point in micro transactions being some kind of measure to stop piracy.
Probably that she's a ghost and she's going to kill you. Usually fast food employees don't meet either of those qualifications.
Seriously, this freemium thing is killing us honest developers by making a bad name of free apps :(
I tried a new model, share/trialware one might say : the game is free but once you hit certain levels it'll ask you to purchase to unlock the whole levels. That's it, it's pretty much like lite/paid version but instead…
Hm, litigation protecting consumer rights against big companies is not really unique to America. In fact, in many other countries consumers have more rights than they do in America. For example.
So, an outlier, a freakish aberration from the norm, is the thing that prevents you from dropping a couple bucks here or there for worthwhile endeavors?
I mean, it's your money and all, but don't let things like this color your opinion: the supremely overwhelming majority of projects are not clusterfucks like this.
Kickstarter is fine if done right. Ouya is just a major flop.

Titanfall is coming to PC too, or are you questioning whether it will remain Microsoft exclusive?
TitanFall is on PC. And they've said that a PS4 version is a strong possibility eventually.
Did I detect some Bastion soundtrack in that video? Awesome :D
The TF2 ring has an explanation, though.
Not at all. It also allows use of homebrew software (potentially, I know it doesn't yet), and playing of backups. Honestly, if anything, it has more purpose in a portable than in a home console, since it allows one to carry their (legitimately owned) library with them without having to carry the actual cartridges…
You know what also affects honest gamers? Nintendo regionlocking the 3DS and their download policies as regards to devicelocking instead of account locking being blatantly anti-consumer.
I think it's safe to say Nintendo just doesn't get it anymore.
