You overestimate how much companies care about PC gaming. If a game is also on consoles, it's likely to not be particularly good because it's a comparably very small market.

Sounds like they are added some levels that are completely brand new, so no. If those fuckers don't add them to my PC edition, i'm going to be PISSED. I beat the game 100% on the first play-through and would love more. It's one of the best CastRoid/Brawler games i've ever played.
