Sooooo you’re saying an intelligent design and/or marketing department just went through a Wrangler aftermarket catalog and copied all the things? They gonna do factory, state-flag* grilles, too?

They had a separate blog for politics, and then it got killed because when you ask these people to write about politics it’s bad. And not the funny kind of bad, the kind of bad that makes you question the author’s intelligence and makes them lose credibility on all subjects, not just politics.
“The Bronco was in development long before Trump started mishandling a global pandemic.”
Well, they are doing more with the Bronco name than GM did with the Blazer. But Jeep people are Jeep people, ( looking at you, Tracy) and rarely cross-shop. If Ford thinks they will steal buyers, they are greatly mistaken. If anything, they’ll poach from their own Ranger.
Does it matter whether it’s called “Mazdaspeed”? “Mazda3 Turbo” is pretty straightforward, has worked for many other car makers, and has great numbers.
The Venn diagram of “people who said ‘Buy American’ in the 1970s” and “people who said ‘Jap scrap’ in the 1970s” is so close to a perfect circle, you’d need a magnifying glass to see the margins.
*rolls eyes*
I’m not going to talk much about how silly I find it that someone can (or would even want to) force a neighbor to make significant sacrifices solely because that someone doesn’t like the aesthetics of the neighbor’s yard.
I think you nail it.
and also,
I’ve noticed in a couple Jeep groups on Facebook (clearly a scientific study) people coming in trying to “recruit” Jeep owners to a Jeep vs Bronco group for shit talking, comparison, etc.
FWIW, you can still be a piece of shit and be a Democrat.
It’s a big blow to downtown Indianapolis as well. Short of hosting the superbowl again, GenCon is when people are going to restaurants and food trucks downtown the most.
This is a MAJOR blow to small businesses that operate booths and events at GenCon. It’s a big f’ing deal for them year after year and they’re already feeling the money fire that this year has been. I’ve worked in the past for the guy that runs Magic the Gathering events there... I haven’t talked to him regarding this…
Another easy item for your list; Couples, families, partners, etc., etc. like to travel together too.
Quick mock up of what it most likely will look like instead.
I’m NOT flying backwards under any scenario.
Will never happen. My Father in Law is a now retired 747 pilot, flight engineer (back when planes still had the 3rd seat), and aircraft mechanic. He said, they (I use they, because I can’t remember which airline he said) experimented with rearward facing seats in 70s or 80s because they thought that rapid deceleration…
These ideas are awful.
