As a fellow Mazda stan, I’m keeping my hopes high. There’s been a test mule based on an RX-8 sneaking around the last year or so, and with Toyota likely looking for a RWD partner to replace their aging Lexus platforms, this seems more and more plausible. If this joint venture ends up anything like how Toyota worked

I like Mazda. I’ve encouraged others to buy Mazdas. Heck, I’ve even bought a couple new Mazdas myself in the past decade. But as much as I want this to be true, I have a hard time believing this will actually happen.

Cuomo: Trump needs to exercise DPA for supplies.
Democrats: Trump needs to exercise DPA for supplies.
Govornors: Trump needs to exercise DPA for supplies.

Trump exercises DPA for supplies.

Everyone: THAT ORANGE MAN TELLING CORPORATIONS WHAT TO DO!

Orange man bad

These are $18,000 ventilators and the government wants 80,000....how is $1 billion for retooling and production not reasonable? Trump is just being a blowhard.

How is that any different than:I see you’ve changed the oil, so now I must reset three ECUs and upgrade your dipstick. That will be four hours of labor, please.’ Or ‘You need a new key? That will be $100 for the key and $250 to program it’

Car dealers are one of the few retail industries with a salesperson, and that is what makes it terrible.

HAHAHAHAHA

While I would agree that the dealer system is flawed and ridiculous.

I love your negativity. Keep talking!

Agreed, I like the original better. Styling is too boy racer for me to buy one, but I appreciate them when I see them.

Maybe unpopular opinion, but I like the original one more. Its busy yes, but its unique at least. I’d get rid of those fake vents and dull down the edginess of the bottom edges, but overall the design looks cool.

It’s cleaner, but now it's an elantra

Have I got this right? Bigger wheels with smaller sidewalls will give us:

Nah, they had SUV first, they can keep it. Call the new things TSWs - Tall Station Wagons. I realize crossover exists, don’t care, TSWs.

Good Lord yes compared to say Americans.

Yup.  The length just felt weird to me.

We all know that MSRP does not mean anything as the trucks sell for $26k all day long. Then there are the single cabs that start at $19k. You start optioning them out the same and the trucks are cheaper. The Ram 1500's loaded sell $40-$45k where I am and you get more for your money. This goes of course for people

make it a 2 door and I would be sold.

I just think it’s flat out too big as well as too expensive. At about 218" long, it’s almost 6" longer than a than any other midsize truck while having the shortest bed (yeah, only a fraction of a inch, but my point stands). It’s not like it’s really much roomier inside than the competitors. While it is super cool,
