I was too, I’m I like McD’s in general. Fell short on the crispy breading, and I thought the flavor of the regular were boring. Meanwhile, I couldn’t get through two bites of the spicy version.

Butter on graham crackers is pretty good (based on my memory of having them as a little kid 30 years ago).

I applaud the AV Club writers for not going with the obvious choices, even though we all know those are probably our favorites.

I haven’t played GTA V since its release, but I downloaded that and The Master Chief collection yesterday. Gonna play some of both.

Replaying Bloodborne for the first time and I’m maybe a third of the way done. Maybe half. I don’t know. But I’m having a blast.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and Final Fantasy Tactics are two of my all-time Mount Rushmore titles, so 1997 was going to be my year no matter what. Then you add in GoldenEye 007, Final Fantasy VII, and Tekken 3 and I have no idea how I got anything done that year.

Back in 1997(ish?) my family took a week long vacation up north where we rented a cabin with a tiny TV, one couch, and a door to a backyard with a lake where we could fish all day and all night.

Looking forward to the possibility my Switch won’t be collecting dust for the first time in almost two years. 

This movie is one Kevin Hart sized mistake from possibly being decent. (wait, isn’t Hart small? oh you know what I mean.)

When I was in college, I think it was Hardees that ran a weekly promotion of something 30 cent burgers. My roommate and I would buy like 40 at a time and store them in our freezer, putting American cheese singles on them and zapping them in the mic when we got hungry.

I think Reeves has gotten a bad rap. I love him in a lot of his movies and don’t think the acting is anything remotely cross to being distractingly bad the way it is in Cyberpunk.

Hades is amazing. Demon’s Souls is incredible and everything I want out of a next-gen game. Played around with UFC 4 for a while and it was fine. Dumped a lot of hours into Retro Bowl over the course of a week or so. Nioh 2 is what I probably played most this year. Ghost of Tsushima is fine but overrated, IMO. Started …

Is there a reason why you wouldn’t sear the meat side of of the brisket before putting it in the water bath too? Or gently doing so after it’s cooked instead?
