I could be wrong, but I think Punjabi India is only 1% Muslim, but the Punjabi Region of Afghanistan is 60% Sunni. I am not sure of their comparative size, however.

I am sorry people at work are mean, but you can understand why insisting that hierarchy but when you are in a position of legal authority and responsibility, formalities and hierarchy have their place, especially when having to deal with outsiders or other power bases.
