This is a poor comparison. For driving you need to take tests and have insurance. For a gun? NAH. I understand the maturity level, but there are other factors that have to be put in.

I can see some of that happening, but the levels look completely different. A window cracking (Like it did in the demo and not in the final) is not going to have that big of an impact on performance.

I don't see how making something noticeably worse is a work in progress. I guess most people think improvements will be made when they hear "A work in progress."

I think this would be a bad. Some jobs are more important than others and most of the time the salary reflects that. CEOs should not be getting paid this much, but a $15,000 salary difference between an assistant and a manager is fine.
