That whole “selling used games as new” thing annoys the hell out of me. If I take a new game out of the store, rip the cellophane off, slap a sticker on it and try to bring it back in for a refund, they’d laugh in my face.

I still pretty regularly play Yars Revenge on emulators...I love that game. As a kid I got so good at it I got it to the “basically unplayable” speed where it would do the pinwheel the second you started and both it and the missile could move faster then you could.

Microsoft at least offered to release everything on PC and their own console. That’s miles better than Sony’s exclusives. Sony has gotten slightly better with their streaming service (which really isn’t what I want for a PC version but it’s better than nothing).

That’s why the saying “Never Pre-Order” should be applied. They should show at least some lenghty last gen gameplay, but they know it will hurt the sales. In my opinion, that’s a business decision consciously taken by CD Projekt RED.

Yeah, the Switch version looks good enough. The next gen ones look better, if I squint and play ‘spot the difference’ for a few minutes. If this is what next gen console prices are buying us, I’ll be glad to save my money for a while.

I think what they need to do is come out with more variations of the starter set. Maybe a Luigi starter set or something similar to that.

Microsoft is obviously not paying publishers to not transfer games over like Syndicate or “Werewolves Within”, when all the other major AC games have moved over. It’s 2020, unless you’re 12, this weird console war tirade you’re on is just a bit sad.
