Cool, you can finally get a sandwich in Bergenfield
Cool, you can finally get a sandwich in Bergenfield
In the Bay Area, we had Specialty’s sandwiches and cookies for just about every office meeting. Mostly located in downtown SF, they were great for a quick lunch on your own too. The entire company closed forever, in May.
Giovanni Ribisi had a bit part in Friends (left a condom in Phoebe’s guitar case) and then was cast as her brother. (Maybe same character????)
I worked at a fancy kitchen store and we had a lot of those in the wineglass section. I told worried customers that there’s more lead in the actual wine, than the glass.
Thanks! When a diet has a CEO, it’s not about the diet anymore.
I had a ‘we came all the way from...’ customer (A few, actually) when I was a retail manager in Marin. They came from a very wealthy neighborhood that was only 10 minutes away. I just said “oh, yeah I know that area it’s just 2 exits away right? I’m sorry but we’re already closed, thanks for stopping by.”
We were in Akko/Acre last month and had some and it was amazing!
We’re now obsessed and would love to find a version in the bay area that holds up to this.
I’m really loving these non-sports articles starting off with “Yesterday...” after what happened here...yesterday.
“While I would have guessed that anyone named Richard Vincent Orcutt was either a potential mass shooter or a provider of reasonably-priced HVAC work,”
harsh, but fair.
Oh, muni is def not faster (one hour to Giants stadium) from our place, but only 2.25 each way, and def beats the $25 parking fees at the ballparks.
I figure we’ll get one of those “Giants game, SF Marathon, Niners Game, Folsom Street Fair, Outside Lands, Fleet Week, Warriors Game” weekends where we just deal with it and enjoy the activities.
For me, easy, though 20 minutes is probably a best case scenario...(which is still way faster and cheaper than 1.5 hours to Oakland and back home)
Nope! Plenty of other neighborhoods that will be a 20 minute uber/taxi/lyft ride away. Or I could take MUNI for $2.25 . So many cheaper options than the trip to Oakland.
“but not the kind of people that have looked into what it will now cost, or that the core is now 6 years older and going to lose their best player.”
It will. Easily. 15 minute walk between venues. 15 minute uber home. (or walk for an hour)
We can’t wait! Looking forward to going to a Giants day game, then walking a few blocks to the Warriors game...and then walking home. It’s so much easier than taking BART across the bay.
Seems fine with school lunches....“Sure, since the kid is at the school, it makes sense to supply food for breakfast and lunch”
