Wow. Legitimately scary and more interesting. Dang. I like I am Legend, but this ending is a monumental improvement.

I think there is a return to this in some way with more musicians actually doing the score like Trent Reznor, Daft Punk, Pharrell and M83. Especially Daft Punk with the Tron Legacy soundtrack, I need more of that in my life.

Points for using the Thai language poster.. Great one!

This is the part where I brag again about editing the novelization, which I am perversely proud of. (I also own the soundtrack album and play it often!)

I think my favourite bomb is Cutthroat Island. I love that movie.

I usually defer to the usage of these terms by Variety magazine. As such, I think Trike's comment is closest to the mark.

Wasn't Outland intended to be an outer-space version of High Noon all along? Even down to the ticking-clock countdown to the showdown with the hired guns...

Oohh... Outland with Connery as a space marshal... Nice call.

My friends and I have always taken it as an article of faith that both Outland and Saturn 3 take place in the Weyland-Yutani-verse of the original Alien. (Other contenders for that universe include Silent Running and Quark.)

Reports of sequels are sheer madness.

Superman isn't boring. The problem is they almost always focus on the super boring stuff about him - so perfect, so strong, can't really be defeated except with a rock, etc. What I find interesting about Superman is that you have a being that is pretty much a god walking around among normal people. He sees how

I think women are the new Canada, as far as blaming goes.

My thought as well. The whole time I was wondering why the police officer seemed to be calmly explaining the entire situation to some random woman, other than as exposition/lazy writing.

This movie is starting to have X3 and SM3 written all over it.

I still defend MOS from the haters.

while I usually come on to this site and do my best to defend the MoS/MoS 2 hate, it's getting harder and harder...I don't want to completely jump ship based solely on casting choices before production has even started, especially since I'm one of the few who legitimately enjoyed MoS, but man...it's like they're
