I went to a local Walmart 1 1/2 hours early and got number 27 out of 43. The whole thing was pretty well handled. Walmart was only selling one to each customer.

Much of the SNES graphics technology lasted through the Nintendo DS. It really was a SNES with a better CPU, limited 3D, two screens, and several bitmap modes.

A full controller set would set up back an additional $50, or more, but you would have TG-16/PC Engine and Famicom controllers.
