Wow, my friend was at the same restaurant and saw them! Said Hil looked completely fantastic, very rested, new haircut, slimmer, etc. She was incredibly gracious to everyone, said hi at all the tables. Consensus was "she's running."

Could be a question of your specific market. I think my local Kohl's actually does a great job w/plus sizes — a BIG (no pun intended) selection with prominent placement in the store. They have a lot of everything, from lingerie to regular clothes. It's the petites section that's dinky.

I know whereof you shop! Yes, the Short Hills Nordstrom is awesome. they do have a beautiful and prominent plus size selection.

Reading this squee-worthy story and tearing up, I also had an image of Michelle Bachmann as the Wicked Witch of the West, shaking her fist in frustration and shrieking at the horror (to her) of it all. Then, of course, eventually melting.

Well that's one thing my family has over wee prince George and the Windsor/Cambridges. My late aunt made the christening gown that we were all baptized in, starting with one cousin who's about 70 now. It's a lovely tradition (the gown, not the baptism, IMO).
