It not just DC show's either, it's any show CN can't get 100% of the toy money. Their mistreatment of Hasbro properties, lead Hasbro to make their own network.

Bear in mind what you're referring to applies to the Stuff Snyder era of Cartoon Network, which as of the beginning of this month is over. No replacement has been made/announced, so until that happens this kind of generalization is dangerous to make.
