Perhaps you’re more of a 1960s weepy Parker fan, but I’m more of a nervous, awkward, jokey Parker fan. He nailed that latter.

Sony gave us Andrew Garfield, who was perfect as Parker and Spidey. So I’m fine with whoever they want, except that all I really want is Andrew Garfield again, doing whatever the fuck he wants.

Yes, they declared that “The Amazing” series was over as soon as they declared they were doing this re-reboot. FUCK THEM for that.

It was also far better than their last actual E3 conference, which was a horrible embarassment where they showed the same things from the previous year and nothing new.

It’s Nintendo. They don’t react to anything that quickly. It takes them years to make a single move in response to any kind of demand.

Exactly why I lost interest...

You do realize that the backwards compatibility is on a title-by-title basis, currently on works with around 20 games, and they’re “hoping” to have 100 titles working before 2016?

It WOULD hit pretty hard if it was actually true. After all, there are waaaaay more people still playing 360s than their are people playing Xbox Ones - can you imagine if there was universal backwards compatibility? XBones would fly off shelves to those folks.

Conan O’Brien did us all a great service when he created this.

Looks like it IS in development, but it’s at an outside studio that isnt’ Square. At least that’s the popular scuttlebutt: They’re just “overseeing” a developer doing it.

Just think: If nintendo hadn’t done the last two “Nintendo Direct” presentations they did, they would’ve had some more cool stuff to show! I don’t think they should’ve blown Chibi-Robo and Dr. Mario and the new Smash DLC in the two weeks prior.

If you mean “games coming out in the next year,” sure. If you mean “overall presentations/conferences,” then Sony just delivered one of the most insane “EVERY DREAM HAS COME TRUE!” showings in the history of the show.

Sony had one of the greatest conferences in the history of E3. It’s really pretty insane, frankly. I doubt it’ll be topped for years to come. They’ve basically fucked themselves for next year, too.

There’s a reason that the Japanese SMB 2 was ONLY put out as “Super Mario Bros. 2” in JAPAN. The entire REST OF THE GODDAMN WORLD got the proper Super Mario 2 - the far superior game.

There’s really no way it’s not valid. Mario is ALSO a franchise and this is ALSO a spinoff to a franchise just like Mario Kart or Mario Tennis are spinoffs from the main franchise.

What’ll they do to Mario next?! put him into a fucking sports game? He’s a PLATFORMING CHARACTER, god dammit.

It’s only been five years since the last one, and this game looks like far from being “garbage.”
