There is not such thing as “iphone fast charge”. iPhones charge at a max of 1.5A that’s with any device capable of that amperage. Qualcomm Quick Charge is probably what you’re thinking of.

To add to what all the other users have said- try and do a tuneup on any of the newer (2005ish+) trucks. Every single one I’ve seen whether it is a V8 or an I4- the engines are all sitting back underneath the cowl against the firewall. Good luck getting to those back few cylinders.
