Completely agree to that statement. Cost cutting is apparentaly now VW's #1 priority.

Gotcha, makes sense.

Dude, I said they under rate foreign cars.

Probably other 20-ish% going to driving habits huh? ...would've that that would've been higher...

FUCKING THANK YOU!!!! I've been screaming BS by the EPA for years!!! They always over rate American cars, but way under rate foreign. My 1.8T Golf rated 27 highway, 23 city... gets an average of 29 city, 38 highway! Not that I'm complaining, but shit!

What Hobz said. Problem is that heat is energy being given off by an engine and that right there should be the biggest sign that as long as you have to have coolant running through an engine block, your not going to have the most efficient engine. Period.

Than would be correct in this case. "Than" in this case is used to contrast fats from carbs, whereas "then" would be used in a situation that is showing progress, like it burns fat first then carbs second.

HEY you stop making fun of VAGs electrical issues! I particularly like it when my VW trips balls in the garage at 3am with its alarm or when the interior lights turn themselves on and off like a Christmas tree!

When are people going to realize that if you stay in the throttle on launch, you will keep the rear end down and not faceplant the shit out of the landing???

I'm not much of a Mopar guy, but don't you guys think its possible that they'll put the 2.4L turbo in there for the SRT version of the dart? Still not going to buy it though...

Agreed. Probably helps also that the whole thing was captured on a phone that is from the 1950's and only shoots in 360p (or they just cleverly chose to upload at this (bitrate)

Don't worry, I'd keep on truckin too. Don't care about my schedule? I don't care about yours either, now your going to feel how the rest of the bugs on my windshield felt when I hit them too.

Thanks for posting that, there was one above, but the video sucked. I have an 02 1.8t and love it, but have always been super jealous of the exhaust notes that the 3.2L would hit.

Jesus, you have a lot of time on your hands. Look, I have a Bachelors in Civil Engineering, and I'm an Army mechanic on the side, therefore I understand all this. Again, all I'm saying is the tire pressure you run in your tire has nothing to do with the opinion of the manufacturer of the vehicle.

Im not buying it. Heres why- a blocked fuel injector means that A) your engine isn't getting the proper amount of fuel per ignition and B) (because of A) isn't running smooth and keep in mind that your ECU doesn't mandate the volume of fuel in the combustion chamber, just the time in which the fuel is being pumped in

Lol, I think that your confusing pressure with a volume (similar, but certainly not the same). Semis can run 100psi+ because the tire is built heavier and needs to be for obvious reasons; on the other hand, a well constructed bicycle tire can run the same psi so just because the bike wasn't initially intended on

I do, usually every year, then sell them on eBay and make about $50 from it each time I turn a phone. (subsidized contracts allow this, even though they rape me monthly).

Lol, used that $30 T-mo for about 2 days before throwing out the sim and going back to AT&T. I'm not saying that T-mo is garbage, but it sure as shit is here in Cleveland. F'ing no service anywhere!

Uh, no. The manufacturer recommends tire pressure on the OEM tires. Think, what if the manufacturer recommends 60 psi and the tire says max of 40? Then what? You fill those tires until they explode? The manufacturer knows the best pressure for the weight??? What??? So a truck cant use the same air pressure as that of

Agreed. Most of the suggestions here are good ideas, but none of them are going to save anywhere even close to where the math suggests (unless your engine has a terrible idle or your tires are completely flat). Gotta love it when non car guys do a car article lol.
