I could see them going that route, and you see Nebula remade as she should look, minus all the metallic disfugurations, only to then be killed because her body can no longer withstand the power. It would be a nod to the comics, and then a twist at the same time.

This was similar to the theory I had, as the remaining (and original avengers) are nearing the end of contract. It also plays to a throwaway line that Rocket had in the original GotG “Raccoons don’t live that long anyway.”

I will never understand why they didn’t cast Anthony Ingruber. He played a young Harrison Ford in Age of Adaline, and auditioned for the role. He looks and sounds like Ford, where as the guy actually cast does not.

While I get and applaud the reference, I say firmly that he’d be Egg and Pepperoni Dog Fart.
