If you can’t make it through the first third, you’re not making it to the second half. I had the same issue as OP. I got to the jokes about the calendar, and realized I was spending more time checking email on my phone...which I was personally disappointed in because I hold his comedy in such high regard.
Have you sat in one recently? I test drove a 2016 GMC Sierra SLT about a month ago, and I would say it easily rivaled my Volvo for comfort and ease of use.
