@D_Robb: Hmmm I'm going to say no. As a Cobalt SS owner I have to defend it's honor. Read up on it, and test drive an 08 and up model. The turbo cars have an amazing suspension from the factory and are cabable of 0-60 in 5.5 and a standing quarter of 13.7
