This might be a stupid question, but I'll ask it anyway.

This makes me wonder if I'm one of the only people who uses different browsers for different things. At work, I always have three browsers open: Firefox, Chrome, and IE, because different things work better in different browsers.

You can even choose things that are inexpensive. My husband and I have been slowly visiting all the state (and some national) parks in my home state, West Virginia. We've seen gorgeous sites, and science and history, and had lovely drives along beautiful two lanes roads, and generally all it costs us is gas and

I've tried a LOT of weather widgets, and am currently using 1Weather.

As a "computer person" I get this question all the time, and the answer is: it completely depends upon you.

I switched dental practices a couple years ago for something similar. I'd get the first appointment of the day, arrive early, and not only would their clocks be 10 minutes slow, but I'd still have to wait because the hygienist was getting ready.

If the only reason you're buying sunglasses is for the name, then, probably. That's not, however, why I buy expensive sunglasses. I buy expensive sunglasses because they're worth it.

Oh yes!

I've tried to build exercise into my day: I take a 30 minute break every day and walk with a friend (or listening to an audio book when she can't walk). My husband drops me off in the morning, and then I walk about a mile in the afternoon to pick up the car, then he walks home. (We can't manage to get up early enough

We have a firesafe in our basement. That contains a USB key that contains a KeePass password safe for my brother that contains the passwords and locations for my in-use keepass password safes, and a couple bits of random information (like, I want to be cremated.)

Regarding air miles, know that you can donate your unused air miles (especially if they are about to expire.)

Just a note about unused airline miles—you can donate them if you aren't going to use them.

The picture books I've made have been a HUGE hit. And they fit nicely on a shelf, unlike photo albums.

I work in support, and if I don't get away from my desk and computer, I go batty.

Very much this.

Yes, I print out photos to hang on my walls, or for family members to hang on their walls.

My husband and I have been using Avast on our computers for more than a decade, but more importantly, we installed it on all the computers of our family members whose computers we have to support. (Yay us.)

It's a PITA, but if you are going to be sharing old photos, or they are small and you want to enlarge them, you may want to use a flatbed scanner so you can get the highest resolution and quality possible.

If you're going back to rescan past documents, then yes, you're right. But if you're just moving forward, a small scanner is fine for the average user.
