I like the bit about bringing your own towel, but I don’t agree with the “save-sies” policy. A towel over a rack does not mean it is claimed; a person using it does.

Best tip I ever got from a trainer: When you're working with weights, slow down. four seconds one way, four seconds the other. It gave me a 10-fold improvement in benefit for a small amount of additional time.
