True "anti-vaxers" don't come out because they know what they're talking about and know they will get attacked. I vaccinate my children, but I have friends who do not vaccinate theirs. And the last time I came on here to defend certain people who choose not to vaccinate, I was basically compared to a Nazi.

When I was 21, I was living in the south and working at a strip club. A girl I worked with and befriended was from New England and was planning a trip up there to see her family for Christmas.
