That’s so cute! Where do you order your S.T.E.M boxes?

Is there something screwy going on with grey comments? I haven’t gotten any response to a single comment I’ve made in almost a month. Neither replies nor stars.

I volunteer on an organic farm and you better believe we’re snacking on the stuff that isn’t pretty enough to sell as we pick. Overgrown peas? overripe strawberries? Undersized carrots? They definitely do not use pesticides, so it’s all good. 

I’ve seen it suggested that societal valuation of skin color has a great deal to do with class, in addition to the more obvious racism.

Having the time and money to start your own company based on a “vision” when you’re that young also suggests a degree of privilege that might also contribute to the assholery. 

A culture and legal system that values capitalism and commerce over individual dignity. Dismantling of the unions that once protected and advocated for workers.

I have been wondering about this recently.

I find it interesting that people always say “oh, maybe you think bras are less comfortable, but with bigger breasts, bras feel better.”

As far as I can tell, the “bra-burning” was grossly overstated and can mostly be traced to one particular protest, where they burned lots of things in addition to bras. False eyelashes, high-heeled shoes, girdles, just a whole assortment of things designed to change women’s shape and appearance.

Emotional support. Mental illness can be disabling just like physical illness can. Having pets can give people a reason to get moving in the morning.  

Based on my work experience and talking to friends, a lot of places don’t even take phone orders for delivery. Or we end up just putting your order into the app for you if you call.
