Is overtime a factor, though? Even my friends who don’t make a lot are still getting plenty of extra hours, paid at time and a half if not double. And they have no time to spend it, so even the ones with lower hourly wages will still end up with a pretty nice bank balance once this starts to blow over.

My favorite way to prepare tofu is to cut it into 1/2 inch slices, then put them in a single layer in a freezer storage bag.
