Sure, that one line is generic but if you add up all the instances listed here, it’s pretty clear that this is plagiarism. It’s like shuffling two decks of cards: if a few cards end up in the same order, it’s a coincidence. If whole series of cards in each deck match, that’s well beyond chance. 

That specific line is pretty cliche, but there are several more examples from the same reviews that have their content and phrasing waaay too similar to be a coincidence.
