I’m just waiting for some “disruptive app” to let me send my friends to collections and ruin their credit.

He’s a Silicon Valley Tech Bro. He probably thinks he’s “shaking up/disrupting” Interviews by coming across that badly.

Sharon is a good host too!! Scott’s corny and witty and has basically established the whole mood and character of the game, so he’s gotta stay.

I dunno. I’m assuming it’s “Super Popular Must-Have App That Sweeps the World By Storm Before Being Completely Forgotten A Month Later” #9723489721.

Noooooooo omfg no. Just stop. Stop and listen to what is being said to you, from a person of colour, about their experience and how this topic impacts them. It’s ok to be wrong!! You are def wrong here, and you’re not helping anyone. But if you stop and listen, you will be better next time.

When people FINALLY do come forward, it opens the floodgates for others to feel safe to do the same.

Thank you for writing this.

Oh god. You are a problem.

That's odd, because the only complaints I hear about the photoshop stuff is that it isn't the unflitered (untouched, clean, blah blah blah) picture. The fact is that for professional pictures, there has always been touching up (post-processing) for pictures.

And this is why I always laugh when people say photoshop should be banned. It's always been done.
