    This isn’t a Nintendo/Game Freak game, it’s a Niantic game. They were just given the property to build off of.

    I just want to see all local Clefairies congregate at that gym. I don’t know if there’s a limit to how many Pokemon can be assigned to a single gym, but I say we collect some and find out.

    I’m a card carrying cynic myself, and even I doubt it’ll go that far. Nintendo isn’t as involved in development as you think, this is Niantic’s baby. They’ve just been given the Pokemon franchise to build it around.

    Shouldn’t we be past the point of buying into announcement trailers like this, though? Yeah, the first few viewings I was hooked right along side everyone else, but as time went on I knew this was going to steer far closer to Ingress than any of the standard games.
