God Tier - Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Count Chocula
Sounds like they /almost/ went for a legit Apocalypse voice there for a second, then changed their minds. Sad.
He took all of the life in one turn, just not the first turn.
I’m actually working on The Sword of Truth books now, having finished ASoIaF a while back. I really enjoyed the show (ok, I really enjoyed Bridget Regan, but the show was fun too.) Pretty much junk-food fantasy, IMO. Nothing I could recommend, but I’m so far into it I want to see it through.
But those resolutions are garbage.
They don’t (in my experience, anyway) “search” you, you walk through a metal detector while an underpaid security guard takes cursory glances at your belongings. So yeah, someone totally should’ve been able to salvage something.
Unfortunately, employers are only looking to hire those with experience...
Compelling is subjective. I’m incredibly stoked for VR in general, and PSVR specifically.
The failure of that comparison is that the Wii was a system designed and shipped with that tech in mind, it didn’t have a split user base. As soon as you make something optional you tend to scare the biggest of the developers off; they don’t want to sink money into developing for a subsection of consumer.
Long Live Play.
Something I’ve noticed as of a month or so, maybe related, but if on mobile (Andriod) and linking from the Facebook app, it doesn’t load a native browser window, but some in-app browser that refuses to load vids AND comments. Gawker sites only, and yes, I’ve checked the “open links externally” option.
No, it isn’t. (The game is free.)
As a loyal MGS fan, I have to say I didn’t find anything “wrong” about Sutherland’s performance, it was just Jack Bauer. It was an unnecessary change, we all would’ve preferred Hayter, but I don’t think I saw anyone calling it out as out and out “bad.”
Those aren’t what he linked to, so I doubt it.
Video here is wonky, video at the link freezes (heh) loading the advertisement...
Well done. This made me laugh harder than the actual gag.
Particularly if they are huge things.
That was awesome, but also leaves me feeling damn old.
That’s funny. I picked up the habit watching a Chinese co-worker some years ago and assumed it was proper. I wonder if it’s less gauche in Chinese culture, or if he just watched Blade Runner as a kid...
