I feel (at least a little) better about myself now. Despite a pretty long history with the “inspiration,” it wasn’t where my mind first went. Thought it was a send up of Shia Lebouf’s “apology” or Marina Abramović’s “The Artist is Present.”

Thank you. While not ideal, it’s hardly unplayable.
I can’t believe the level of hate this port is getting for its visuals. No, they’re not as good as they should be, but I feel “terrible” is really stretching it. With all the hubbub this port has stirred up I went ahead and picked it up on Android (the technical issues with the Steam version should be the bigger story…
The GBA version had garbage audio quality, though. There are some ROM hacks that try to make a “best of both worlds” version, taking the best of the GBA version and applying it to the SNES ROM, but I haven’t tried them.
Granted, I haven’t played it, but my take on this is that, after all the talk this game has gotten, if it were true “Coda” has had ample opportunity to recognize their work and step forward. That having not happened, they are either a creation of fiction or, at least, consenting.

No, METAL GEAR games are hugely expensive, bombast titles, that doesn’t mean whatever he does next HAD to be. Some of the best works in any medium have been created by straining against restrictions, be they a matter of tech or budget.
Fallout 4 hadn’t been released yet as of the start of the poll.
Happy that he landed somewhere that’ll respect him, but a little bummed he didn’t go the Iga/Inafune route and go Kickstarter indie, if for no other reason than to see the REDICULOUS amount of money that’d be thrown at him.
Price on the keyboard now $79.

More evidence that I’m cold and insincere... *shrug*
I would like to see an exclusives list to judge when the time it right to buy one. Multiplatform lists don’t interest me because if the game is THAT good I’ll just pick it up for my Xbone, but if I see a list of games that I can’t get any other way, and the list is tempting enough, I can be swayed to buy one.
What was changed at the end of the super? I’ve watched it a few times now and I can’t see it. Is it the leg position? I wrote that off to being different opponent’s animation.
Huh, never realized. One more thing I can get rid of.
Exactly. I have all but a couple (KI and FFIV) in a folder and use this tool to randomly cycle through them every few minutes.
I love his art, but yeah, any “human” element in his works come off just a little wierd, his Link in particular.
Overall, I agree, but a lot of people have titles from Games w/Gold, so that’s where their feelings of “free” are coming from. Sony hasn’t been giving games away like Microsoft has.
You can most definitely add a knob to you’re car if you’re so inclined.
The whole gag here was “Give us $5 and expect nothing.” Any expectations donators had were of their own imagining and thus their disappointment is their own fault.
