"What is this!?!" you say. Why it's a Hyundai...

Always have and always will love Porsche. I've owned mine for 22 years (with a few shorter term ones here and there). I wish they were smaller like the old ones and lighter like the old ones but there is no better practical sports car.

Because the correct V600 Le Mans has already been mentioned I will also put in the X Pack V8 Vantage because it's just lovely. Like a Brit and an Italian got together and made a baby that grew up to be a Mustang.

It's obnoxiously loud but not in a pleasant way. In Toronto I see very very few of them and I've never seen a positive or wondrous facial expression or heard someone exclaim in anyway that's positive. I see more Ferraris and Lamborghinis than GTRs.

I would say actually the GTR is the worst Halo car of the modern (say last decade) era. You rarely see them and most people when confronted with one in the wild don't actually like it all that much. It's irritating and doesn't make you want to buy it. The LFA is a superb car to drive and has one of the best sounding

Long hood 911 '68-'73

Agree, the Turbo is the least exciting Turbo, well probably ever or at least on par with the 996 Turbo when it came out. Brutal fast but it's missionary sex, lots of fun but you know there could be so so much more.

They use it for slow corners to keep the engine revs up and it not stalling. They can also use it to set up the rear of the car a little. Certainly NOT driving 101, more like driving 305 (or if you're an ex-cart person, second nature...).

The biggest question I have is does it rattle? That roof is beautiful but so complex I just worry about noise either when it's up or down. Things have to eventually get loose and that would suck.

Looks like GT3RSes to me. Huge wings just under roof line, porsche front, possibly due out at the LA Autoshow... Makes sense.

The 918 has to settings for tire pressure, one regular street and one performance. I think the TPMS light was on because it was still on the street setting. Also the 918 wasn't set to Hot Lap mode so was down on power a little. It could be faster...

288GTO just keeps getting better and better with age. 25 years from now it will be one of the all-time classic Ferraris.

Ceramic paint coating for heat.

Why? Because you want a Ferrari V12 and have more than 2 people you want to drive with. Anyone not fat and under 6' can fit in the back. It's the perfect "Dad's being sensible and buying a car for the whole family and not just a toy" car. How many of us go skiing all the time? But for a family of four where you have a

I saw Wekerle driving it a couple of weeks ago and he does live in Caledon... Look at the Toronto Life feature done on him last summer. Not saying it was anything to do with this but there is a reason Bay Street (Canada's Wall Street) has a verb "Weked".

I was always taught "The track has 10 corners, you move your hands ten times" That works on a smooth course (and no traffic obviously!) and outside of increasing/decreasing radius turns you should be able to set your hands entering the corner, hit the apex, track out and set up without moving your hands. The closer

He WAS very smooth. As much as the car and track surface would let him be. Look at the fast high speed long corners and he has very quiet hands. It's the portions where he's really on the edge of grip where he is correcting for every little bit of the car loosing traction. The car is (to me like many modern racecars)

I used to work on ships. Small bunks 4x8x3 foot bunks, so not a lot of room to move, not enough room to fully sit up and I was on the top bunk to it was a 5 foot drop to the floor if I jumped out. Hot tropics of the Indian Ocean. Major problems of large Cockroaches that came in on mass in Madagascar. First bad episode

The nose doesn't have to be the biggest thing! It's fake over aggressive coming from a car that shouldn't be all that aggressive. You can do big headlights and upright grills for pedestrian safety and still have it look amazing and iconic and pure SL... This this:

Just think of the kinetic energy of a 5919bs at 190mph. Doing the conversion its just under 125 megajoules or 34.7kWh! That's a lot of energy!
