I agree with you. My preferred versions of Wonder Woman costume designs are ones that are more practical and reminiscent of actual armor from that greek/roman era.
The costume design is a neat reimagining, but why make WW both knock-kneed and pigeon-toed?
At least it improves on a female fighter who's not running around in a strapless bathing suit and tiara.
