@P_Smith: Other top-level series do have their own medical teams, but trackside marshals are nearly always drawn from the local area, partially because the numbers required to ferry them around for each track would be a huge expense for a series operating globally. Sadly that does mean that in places the quality of

    No Moonshine?

I have to take issue with #6. A jaguar S-type is really stretching the definition of "exotic".

if you've found the above article awesome. sit back for a minute take a moment, and then consider landing the same plane on an aircraft carrier...

A black 928 S4? I hope the parts include a red light so I can play Chase HQ for real. Let's go, Mr. Driver!

That's a lovely caterham, but the price is way too high for it.

The front end looks straight off a Trabant...

I Adore old citroens of every colour and shape, but there's no way on earth I'd fork out that kind of money for what amounts to the lower half of a 2CV and a tarpaulin.

@fodder650: In the UK (and I think the rest of the EU), the regulations on the lenght of heavy goods vehicles restrict the totoal length of both tractor and trailer - this is why the cab over design is popular. In the US, I don't think the same regulation applies - just a restriction on the length of the trailer. from

A few years ago I did a day working on a stall at the Goodwood Festival Of Speed and in one of the Display Areas was a Ro80. I left the show late after having to lug a flatscreen TV half way across the goodwood estate back to my car and on the long drive home came up behind the same Ro80 being driven back home up the

Typo in the headline - should be Stirling, not Sterling.

Morgans (even the 3-wheelers) have never had a wooden chassis frame- but they have wooden body framing - and in this regard, the "modern" morgans (aero 8 and it's derivatives, such as this) are no different - the bare wood in the GT3 cockpit will be the same part as will be under the leather on a road version.

Being British, I learned to drive a manual gearbox by default, in a Nissan Micra. It's possible to get an "automatic-only" licence for people who really can't cope with a clutch, but I dont personally know anyone who has one.

One day I will own an E30 M3. It remains a car untarnished by the reputation of BMW owners, and is low-key enough to pass un-noticed in this day and age. I voted Nice Price as it's hard to find a clean one these days.

@240 Dollars of Hooning.: Both the cars that were wrecked in the filing were Lola T70s dressed up. if you look closely at the 917 crash scene you can see the lola's yellow bodywork underneath the 917 body when the car comes to rest.

Crack Pipe for me. not that it's a bad car, it just doesn't interest me in any way that I'd be willing to part with that sort of money for.

How anyone could look themselves in the mirror after failing to vote for the Abarth is something I'll never understand...
