Thats true. But while that will help him keep his tires in check, it won't stop him from going fast. Thats my point. It would take longer to accelerate -and the poor F430 might even stall- but eventually he'd be going fast enough to crash and cause damage.

Why does shifting like a grandmother have to do with the speed? Assume hes got the throttle down and shifting up at 3k on the F430, would that stop him from reaching 250kph?

This is actually very risky and stupid. We Indians are known to lose it on silly and trivial matters and if this gets picked up by a politician, then god save the organizers. They've already had trouble with the locals and government on having the circuit and now imagine this.
