I'd like to know how you get them fully round. Does the tray have a second piece to it? If you laid it flat like in the photo, the surface would flatten and you'd only get half of a bullet from tip to primer.

I don't understand why there should ever be an issue with filming police in public while they are in the commission of their duties. I do know that filming them without their knowledge has led police to arrest people for violating wiretap laws, but it seems that even if they are aware they sometimes play that card. …
