Looks incredible! Is it still coming to DS?

@miquonranger03: got it Used near mint with original case, artwork, and instructions for 40$ with shipping, woot! Thanks for the enthusiasm all.
Okay, I'm looking to play some playstation classics I missed. Both Ico and Vagrant Story are available for just over 30$ used from amazon, which should I go for?
@TorenRocksRobots: Are you too old to watch a Pixar film? Or play Yoshi's Island? Or the new Mario and Donkey Kong? If so you are at a very sad age I hope never to reach.
Despite not being a well versed Castlevania fan, I really want this game to be good. I need a new action rpg on my 360 that doesn't involve shooting. Then again, no matter what I most likely won't buy it till it goes down in price, but I'm glad to hear it seems promising.
Kinectiparenting, coming 2011
@Toshi: Two pieces of advice: mashed potatoes and relentless assault.
@PS1: That one's a pain, but thankfully after this you're past the most frustrating and poorly designed boss in the game. IMO one of the worst parts of FF13 was boss design, I shouldn't have to grind down it's HP for 20 minutes only to be one-shotted from full health at the last stage of the battle.
@battra92: It's just a better battle system all around in my opinion. It's also arguably the true successor to the Final Fantasy series after X (since it was developed by Sakaguchi). It's a memorable game with beautiful graphics and music and a decent story too. Tales is also great, but I find myself looking back more…
@madammina: As you can probably tell by my userpic, I too love FF6, but I've never really been too into the idea of a remake.
@battra92: Unless you absolutely can't stand turn-based combat, I'd personally recommend Lost Odyssey over Tales of Vesperia.
What do you think will be Matrix Software's (the developer of the final fantasy 3&4 ds remakes, as well as the upcoming 4 heroes of light ds game) next game?
@Boom-Chicka-Ah: The princess from Braid. Because then maybe we wouldn't all be sons of bitches.
@VincentGrey: Ya, the FFX story was so lost on me when I played it upon its release, I still liked it, but it didn't resonate with me. It's amazing how it's holding up in the jrpg community over time though.
Honestly the last thing I want as a gamer is to have my controller taken away from me.
Tales of Vesperia was a good game, with a lovable world and characters, but ultimately the battle system didn't hold up for me. I'd have to put the difficulty on hard for random encounters, but have to lower it to normal or even easy for some boss fights, which sort of ruined the game for me.
As much as I'm a red sox fan and am enjoying this weekend against the dodgers, right now sports in my life is centered around Wednesday at 10am.
I wonder which goes better with Alliance flavored World of Warcraft Mountain Dew, and which with Horde.
I only recently started Chrono Trigger for the first time, so far its wonderful. If I finish that early I plan to probably pick up Alan Wake.
