With Final Fantasy vs. 13 not showing its face at E3 do you think we will even get a 2011 release? I guess its possible if we see gameplay at TGS, but really, first ff13 and now vs. It's getting ridiculous how long the gaps are between square's first trailer for a game and the time of release.

Kinect is just a bad concept, no matter how well they execute it, I feel it will only serve as a gimmick to the xbox360 community. It doesn't feel like it was designed by gamers, but my a marketing team.

I thought the 3DS sounded interesting, but that there was no way I could ever be convinced to buy one. "I'm perfectly content with my DS lite," I said to myself. Sigh...I was wrong.

Unbelievable. Zelda, Kirby, Epic Mickey, Metroid, Goldeneye, Golden Sun, freaking Donkey Kong Country, Kid Icarus! Nintendo blew me away. (Not to mention Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, and Resident Evil titles for the Nintendo 3DS).

Even though I only personally own a 360, I am so embaressed by the Microsoft conference yesterday, that I'm really rooting for some exciting stuff from Nintendo and Sony. The Kinect launch titles was such a blatant ripoff of the Wii titles, that I'd love to see Nintendo just stay one step ahead and wow us with the 3DS…

This was an unforeseen little roadblock. I never updated to Leopard out of a fear of losing my ability to run my Adobe CS3, and now outdated Final Cut Studio 6. Is it worth it now? Probably not...

Something about sonic, which I used to love, and this video make me feel like this won't have the fun and replayability of games like Megaman 9 or New Super Mario Bros. Wii. I hope I'm wrong and its awesome, but I just feel like a 2D Sonic won't feel like a complete game anymore (not that a 3d one would).

What about 3D world runner on the NES. Did that requre this glasses peripheral? I always thought any old 3D glasses worked for that.

Having interned at Turbine a few summers ago, I can attest to just the genuine caring nature of the people who run these games. They're not arrogant, just prideful and nostalgic, and I think how they treat their two less-popular MMO's is really admirable. (DDO being the other).

いらっしゃいませ means "welcome" for those curious and not in the Japanese know. On another note, while I have grown sick of the Pokemon games for some time, the look of these screens are somewhat endearing.

I honestly think that the new Shadowrun's multiplayer is one of the most fun and replayable of the generation. Yes it's glitchy, and there's no story and it's certainly not worth 60$, but picking it up for 10$ a year or so ago proved to be one of the best Time:Dollar values I ever got out of a game.

I still think that despite the relatively large amount of criticism SE has gotten this generation, that if you own a DS, or even a PSP, you've got to love the stuff you're getting. This looks great.
