We call it the Major Accident unit here. Since this was not a fatal incident. Would they still roll the fatal traffic unit? I know some police departments use the same detectives for homicide as they do for major bodily injuries.

Honestly I think this is true of most pro bakers who care about this sort of thing. Bake Even strips help, but they’re a bit fussy to use, and either way the top of your cake is unlikely to be perfectly level without a little help. I have a long serrated spatula that does the job pretty well.

As a fellow cyclist, this is why I’m starting to avoid road biking. Luckily I have a bike trail near my house, but I don’t trust drivers anymore. Either they are distracted or assholes to cyclists. No need to try to kill cyclists since they are making you to get somewhere slower. We take up the lane for our safety.

Domino’s is absolutely fine. People love Little Caeser’s because of their $5 hot and ready deal, but at Domino’s you can get a large three topping for $8 and it is way way way more then $3 better than the Little Caeser’s pizza.
