Have you listened to the audio book versions? My last 2 “re-reads” have been listens while commuting.

It’s paced much better for audio, I just “reread” the entire series on that audio book site and those books are actually kinda good, not much happens but character development, but it’s not agony like reading it was.

I’ve read the series through 48 times now and I wholeheartedly disagree.

My experience on a re-read was better. I found the bad stretch (7-10) to be a little easier to get through when being read all in one go. The worst part of the bad stretch was waiting 18-24 months for a new book and when it came, it was a doorstopper that only advanced the timeline by a couple of weeks.

The problem is that most of us see crypto in all forms for the shady shit it is.

While it’s not Tie Fighter, or XvT with the Balance of Power expansion; Alliance is still really fun in it’s own right if that helps sway you at all for getting it not only for the mod.

It’s not a great season for the LA Valiant but apart from your team being bad I’m not sure what more you can ask for... Every hero is playable and played, the meta keeps shifting, teams that used to be bad having great seasons and vice-versa, monthly tournaments, it’s really been great.
