It's not a looker at all. But it's super comfy and has a lot of goodies. I was surprised by how good it was. But I still can't get over how ugly it is.

My buddy has a Crosstour that's fully loaded and that thing is fantastic. Ugly as hell though.

I agree, it wasn't just a rough road, it was a mild accident which hit the car in that perfect spot to deploy the airbag.
