Effectively silt, it's not fun to drive it. Got to keep momentum up, and keep the RPMs high, and you'll make it through it. I hate when we have to race through that crap in our buggy.

A actual FAV, no, but I have driven other Chenowths. If you get one stuck, you're driving it wrong. If you're stuck, you've probably left off the Fast part.
Glad you found your Beetle.
Word is out to the off road racers of Race-Dezert. They're all over So-Cal, and they've all got a soft spot for Beetles.
Wouldn't be doing 220 Mph from LA to Denver either.
Can I have one in my Wrangler please?
All depends on where you are at. There are race series in Northern Nevada/California, Southern Nevada, Southern California, Northern Nevada/Utah, Arizona and Texas. Class 9 and Class 11 are very affordable classes to start in for off road.
I know number 2 (VW Type III Ghia) and number 9 (Jaguar F-type). The rest I have no idea on.
I have to go with a 4 seat Class 1 buggy, in honor of the Baja 1000. How can it go wrong? 4 seats, 676 HP, the ability to go anywhere, more lights than a Wyoming town, and a windshield.
If they're headed to Mexico, the Baja 1000 started today on a Peninsula run. Baja is going to be wild for the next week.
That is just the NCAA teams I believe, not the Club teams. Utah, Utah State, BYU, Utah Valley and Westminster all have club teams in Utah.
Still kind of hoping for a Rotary Hybrid, that ought to take care of the emissions issues, and give it some more low end torques.
Some people are easily offended, and they deserve to be.
The car is even better in person. It's been rolled at least once, the top is dented. But it is awesome. This car has been around for a while.
Considering this is her other car... Anything is possible.
Best I can do, this is her car.
First of all, it's an off road chase truck, it is lifted like that to move around in challenging terrain. Second, that trailer wasn't in Mexico, it was at the shop. That is the trailer they sell their merchandise out of at races in the states.
They don't seem to have much brains between them. Especially now that one has been cordially introduced to a door panel head first.
Having raced against these guys for years (different class though), I'm glad everything is working out. Loved the story on Race-dezert, glad it's getting some air time here.
Wikipedia has it posted on their page how to circumvent the Blackout if you want to. Why is it a big deal that Lifehacker has no posted it.
