Nibbles! See reply for epic off road endoing.

As long as it's four buttoned...

Careful. They might suit.

Cool. I can be a boffin. (Computer Science student).

@Green Man

I've heard too many bad bass players to complain about vanilla bass players. Rock on.

All hail the Datsun! Please let it be a 510...

I design and build off road race cars/prerunners. The current project involves a Subaru 2.5 engine and 5 speed transmission transplanted into the back of a Volkswagen Baja.

Don't try that on a weekend when there's an offroad race in Primm, the cops show up in droves for that.

And we know how TG does with apologies...

The St. Lawrence river does that.

Came here to say this.

All depends on the vehicle. A Honda civic doesn't need 300 HP, in fact it would be near undriveable with it, however, a F-350 needs at least 300 HP.

I know how an automatic transmission works. It doesn't mean it shifts in a good spot, or even predictably (by the driver, not with a bunch of instruments in a lab). A manual is still superior.

It's strange to me to drive an Automatic as well. Both of my vehicles are manual (72 Beetle, 02 Yamaha WR250F), the vehicle I'm building is a manual, and one of the two vehicles we have for driving at work is a manual. Even my mother's Hyundai can be put in manual mode, which I of course do.

A few minutes, and much frustration at having to follow an idiot.

That would require that you know how to drop a gear. I would safely bet that most people in the States have no idea that they can do it in an Automatic, and not too many people have Manuals.

My friend picked Pitt to win the whole thing. I told him he was a fool.
