I think the game that does the message best is Tearaway, because the player is an actual character in the game, and the entire story of the game is based around you guiding the protagonist towards sending you a message.

I’m paraphrasing but I’m pretty sure it goes like this: the world is full of stories. Go make some.

In person, it’s nothing but love and fun times with my friends and family. On the battleground of facebook, all’s fair.

Something that always bothered me about “Winners don’t use drugs” was how this message was often used in arcade games that never end, so you literally can’t be a winner. Mixed messaging, much?

Let’s not forget this gem from Earthbound.

Exactly. One of my favorites that I recall was, “War doesn’t determine who is right, only who is left.”

Lazy me-too ports that you mentioned certainly didn’t help the Vita. They needed more stuff like Tearaway, quite possibly the most charming game ever made, that actually utilized the features of the Vita.
Contrary to the curve of incredibly underwhelming console-to-Vita franchise installments, there was Killzone:

I literally just plugged one of these in at home yesterday. Not sure how much of a deal this is though since I got it off of amazon for $43 about a week ago. (Edit: actually mine was six outlets, not eight)

I got it for my new, expensive computer. I’ve heard horror stories of power spikes from thunderstorms killing

Only wireless 360 controllers are supported.
The $250 bundle (the one I preordered) doesn’t come with the 360 wireless adapter so that’s why I got this.

Just FYI the Yoshi Wooly World + Yarn Yoshi Amiibo can now be pre-ordered at Best Buy, not just Gamestop.

$63 for Yoshi game + amiibo when I could get it for $42 at Best Buy sans amiibo.
I... I don’t... *deep inhale*... I don’t need it. Sigh, I don’t need it.

I was all about getting a 4K monitor but a friend of mine convinced me to go 1440p with better features like IPS and G-Sync. So glad I listened to him. Go lesser resolution with better features, people. The different between 2160 and 1440 isn’t huge, but I did notice the different between 1080 and 1440 - hypocritical,

There’s an art to sarcastic Rocket League pre-made texts.

Well, you can always hit the Share Button (or ShadowPlay or whatever on PC). Not as feature rich as the software based Replay but that’ll save the chat because it was on-screen.

‘E’ for ‘Effort”, Marco.

I can never get invested in the story when I hear lines like “They played us like a damn fiddle!”

Yeah, there seems to be a moderate lag increase when playing with Japanese players. Yes, some of them are very skilled but, you know what, some of them aren’t. Just like any other players.
This is of course assuming that players with Japanese letters are Japanese players...

For every possibility you discover, you’ll discover two limitations.

For example, no slopes. Yeah... no slopes.

Too bad. Sounds... “mediocre!”

My friend made me watch the original and I really didn’t care for it one bit. I saw Fury Road and was blown away. That’s how I get people to give Fury Road a shot - I tell them I loved it when I was already biased against the series.
