The movie is about crew being killed by an alien, and one woman’s escape. Something can have elemnts of other things, without being ABOUT that thing.…

NO it is totally unreasonable to ask for subsidy in exchange for tax increases. Access to revenues is one thing, but everyone needs ot pay taxes. If everyone operated on the “reimburse me for the taxes I generate” model there would be no money left to clean up the shit, much less defend or police the country.
