ABC local affiliates broadcast over a different frequency, I think they still use UHF. I can't get ABC local either and I live in downtown Comcast HQ land. I use my mother's comcast login, which I setup for her, for the ABC app on Apple TV (since I pay for her basic service I'm not stealing am I?).
